Elfcapades Day 4

Note from Ollie outside Isaac’s door…

Good morning Isaac. Did you have fun last night with your buddies? You did a really good job making a gingerbread house with your mommy and daddy. I really wanted to get inside the gingerbread house but I was too big.

I really miss the snow at the North Pole. But then I looked in your pantry and saw that you had some snow for me to play with. So I made some snow angels for you. I can't wait for you to see them.

Ok before we do let's continue on with the story. Of the birth of Jesus...
Mary and Joseph are in Bethlehem and it is very crowded. All the rooms were taken. At last they found a stable and Joseph made a bed out of hay for Mary. There was animals all around them. I bet it was stinky in there. What do you think Isaac? Mary and Joseph started preparing for baby Jesus to be born.

Look at what silly Ollie did today.  We had to dust him off and vacuum him up.  Isaac thought it was hilarious that Ollie thought that flour was snow.  He kept saying, “No silly Ollie, that is flour to make cookies with not snow.”IMG_0961
