    Thanks for the heads up on this!! DD's b-day is coming up soon, and these'll be great for in her play kitchen! I love the wooden food sets, but they can be pricey.

    I want to see what you do with the boxes! We have both those sets as well. And, yeah, the pieces NEVER end up back in the boxes.

    We, too, have many M&D toys. I use a couple of the wooden boxes to store rubber stamps in. This storage system has worked well for me! I would never throw one of those boxes away - always thinking of ways to re-purpose!!
